Safety precautions
I Place the machine on a solid and fiat surface.
2 The instructions for punching and binding must observed carefully
3 Before working with the original documents use some standard paper to practice the
punching and binding process
4 For punching of plastic covers it is recommended to place the cover between two
sheets of paper.
How to use
Punching
a. Insert paper resp. cover into the punching slot at the front side (see icon "Comb Binding")
and align it on the paperguide 4. Press the punching lever 1 down to the stop position.
Lift the punching lever and take out the punched material.
b. Insert paper resp. cover into the punching slot at the rear side (see icon "4-hole punch")
and align it on the paperguide
Lift the punching lever and take out the punched material.
2 Binding
a. Choose the appopriate binding comb based on the figures in the table below.

b. Place the binding comb in the binding mechanism 5 (teeth up D), open it with the
binding comb opener. Choose the correct opening based on the marks (see figure E)
c. Place the punched documents
d. Close binding comb opener and take out the finished document
3 Emptying waste container
a. Go to a paper basket and open the two covers of the waste container. Tilt the machine
and remove the scrap while shaking the machine slightly
b. Take care of periodic emptying.
3. Press the punching lever 1 down to the stop position.
