PROFILO UTENTE PREVISTO:
Il prodotto è destinato all'uso da parte dei medici abilitati, dei pazienti, dei caregiver
dei pazienti o dei familiari che prestano assistenza. L'utente deve poter leggere,
comprendere ed essere fisicamente in grado di rispettare tutte le indicazioni, le
avvertenze e le precauzioni fornite nelle istruzioni per l'uso.
USO PREVISTO/INDICAZIONI:
L'ortesi per caviglia/piede Procare è studiata per sostenere e proteggere il piede. Può
essere utilizzata per facilitare la correzione del piede cadente, della paralisi flaccida del
piede e della spasticità da lieve a moderata. Fornisce una leggera protezione dell'arto o
di un segmento del corpo per il trattamento acuto o profilattico.
CONTROINDICAZIONI: NESSUNA
AVVERTENZE E PRECAUZIONI: Avvertenze e precauzioni: Non usare su ferite aperte.
Se si sviluppa una reazione allergica e/o si manifesta prurito o si nota arrossamento
cutaneo dopo il contatto con qualsiasi parte di questo dispositivo, interromperne
l'utilizzo e contattare immediatamente il medico. In caso di dolore, gonfiore,
variazioni di sensibilità o altre reazioni insolite durante l'uso del prodotto, contattare
immediatamente il medico. Non utilizzare il dispositivo se risulta danneggiato e/o se la
confezione è stata aperta.
Nota: in caso di gravi incidenti dovuti all'uso di questo dispositivo, contattare il
produttore e l'autorità competente.

piede nel tutore come mostrato.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA PULIZIA:
Il tutore può essere lavato in acqua calda con un detergente delicato. Risciacquare
accuratamente e asciugare con un asciugamano.
GARANZIA: DJO, LLC si impegna alla riparazione o alla sostituzione di tutti i componenti
del dispositivo e dei relativi accessori in caso di difetti nella lavorazione e nel materiale,
rinvenuti entro sei mesi dalla data di acquisto. Nella misura in cui i termini della
presente garanzia non risultino conformi alle normative locali, risulteranno applicabili le
disposizioni di queste ultime.

VITAL TO THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE DEVICE.
INTENDED USER PROFILE:
The intended user should be a licensed medical professional, the patient, the patient's
caretaker, or a family member providing assistance. The user should be able to read,
understand and be physically capable to perform all the directions, warnings and
cautions provided in the information for use.
INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS:
The Procare Ankle/Foot Orthosis is designed to support and protect the foot. It can be
used to assist with the correction of drop foot, flaccid foot drop and mild to moderate
spasticity. Providing mild protection to the limb or body segment for acute and
prophylactic care.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: N/A
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS: Warnings and Precautions: Do not use over open
wounds. If you develop an allergic reaction and/or experience itchy, red skin after
coming into contact with any part of this device, please stop using it and contact your
healthcare professional immediately. If pain, swelling, changes in sensation or other
unusual reactions occur while using this product, you should contact your doctor
immediately. Do not use this device if it was damaged and/or packaging has been
opened.
Note: Contact manufacturer and competent authority in case of a serious incident
arising due to usage of this device.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
The brace may be washed in warm water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and
towel dry.
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and its accessories for
material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from the date of sale. To the
extent the terms of this warranty are inconsistent with local regulations, the provisions
of such local regulations will apply.
