BEFORE USING THE DEVICE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. CORRECT APPLICATION IS VITAL TO THE PROPER
FUNCTIONING OF THE DEVICE.
INTENDED USER PROFILE:
The intended user should be a licensed medical professional, the patient,
the patient's caretaker, or a family member providing assistance. The
user should be able to read, understand and be physically capable
to perform all the directions, warnings and cautions provided in the
information for use.
INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS: Patella Tendonitis, Chondromalacia,
Osgood Schlatter Syndrome. Soft-good/semi-rigid designed to restrict
motion through elastic or semi-rigid construction.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: N/A
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
• If pain, swelling, changes in sensation or other unusual reactions occur
while using this product, you should contact your doctor immediately.
• Do not use over open wounds.
• Do not use this device if it was damaged and/or package has been
opened.
• If you develop an allergic reaction and/or experience itchy, red skin
after coming into contact with any part of this device, please stop
using it and contact your healthcare professional immediately.
NOTE: Contact manufacturer and competent authority in case of a
serious incident arising due to usage of this device.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
1) Position primary strap with the tubular buttress just below your knee
cap in the natural indentation. (The binding on one side of strap should
be facing down). (Fig. 1)
2) Fasten primary strap ends either behind knee or if additional lever-
age is needed to ensure a snug fit, secure strap ends at side of knee and
then rotate strap, centering tubular buttress below kneecap. (Fig. 2)
3) Grasp the buttress strap ends and pull toward back of knee. This will
cinch buttress for optimum comfort and fit. The longer of the two but-
tress straps should secure and "lock-down" the primary strap end.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand wash in warm water using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. AIR DRY.
Note: If not rinsed thoroughly, residual soap may cause irritation and
deteriorate material.
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and
its accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six
months from the date of sale.

PERFIL DEL USUARIO PREVISTO:

USO PREVISTO/INDICACIONES: Tendinitis rotuliana, condromalacia,
síndrome de Osgood Schlatter. Producto blando/semirrígido diseñado
para restringir el movimiento a través de una estructura elástica o
semirrígida.
CONTRAINDICACIONES: N/C
ADVERTENCIAS Y PRECAUCIONES:
• Si sufre algún dolor, inflamación, alteración de la sensación o cualquier
otra reacción poco frecuente al utilizar este producto, póngase en
contacto con su médico inmediatamente.
• No usar sobre heridas abiertas.
• No utilice el dispositivo si está dañado o si el envase está abierto.
• Si tiene una reacción alérgica o experimenta picazón y la piel se
enrojece después de entrar en contacto con cualquier parte de este
dispositivo, deje de usarlo y póngase en contacto inmediatamente con
su profesional de salud.
NOTA: Póngase en contacto con el fabricante y con la autoridad
competente en caso de que se produjese un incidente grave debido al
uso de este dispositivo.
INSTRUCCIONES DE COLOCACIÓN:
1) Coloque la correa primaria con el soporte tubular justo debajo de la
rótula en la hendidura natural. (La fijación de un lado de la correa debe
estar orientada hacia abajo). (Fig. 1)
2) Sujete los extremos principales de la correa por detrás de la rodilla
o si se necesita más palanca para asegurar un ajuste ceñido, asegure
los extremos de la correa en el lado de la rodilla y luego gire la correa,
centrando el apoyo tubular por debajo de la rótula. (Fig. 2)
3) Sujete los extremos de la correa de sujeción y tire hacia atrás de la
rodilla. Esto ajustará la sujeción para lograr un ajuste y una comodidad
óptimos. La correa más larga de las dos correas de sujeción debe fijar y
"bloquear" el extremo principal de la correa.

INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA:
Lávela a mano con agua tibia y jabón suave y enjuáguela bien.
SECADO AL AIRE.
Nota: Si no se enjuaga bien, los restos de jabón pueden provocar
irritación y deteriorar el material.
GARANTÍA: DJO, LLC se compromete a reparar o sustituir la totalidad
o parte del producto y sus accesorios por defectos del material o de
mano de obra durante los seis meses siguientes a la fecha de venta.
