– damage to any part of the watch resulting from inap-
propriate/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, acci-
dents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal etc.),
incorrect use of the watch or failure to observe
the instructions provided by UNION Uhrenfabrik
GmbH Glashütte/S.A.;
– indirect or consequential damage of any kind result-
ing from use, malfunctioning, defects or inaccuracy of
the UNION GLASHÜTTE/SA.
– a UNION GLASHÜTTE/SA.
unauthorised person (e.g. for servicing or repairs),
or whose state of origin has been altered without
UNION Uhrenfabrik GmbH supervision.
Any further claims against UNION Uhrenfabrik
GmbH Glashütte/S.A., e.g. for damages additional to
those defined in this warranty, are expressly excluded,
with the exception of statutory rights that the pur-
chaser may apply against the manufacturer.
