ASSEMBLY
1) Use a tube end with a clean and smooth surface (without
scratches or notches). Cut off the tube vertically to the tube axis
and chamfer until it is burr-free with a standard tube deburring
device. Before the tube is plugged into the fitting, the vRC sleeve
must be pulled from the fitting over the tube end.
2) Mark the plug-in depth (T) (see table) on the tube. The tube and
vRC fitting must be clean and free of grease and lubricant. Wet
the tube with clear water (do not use grease or lubricant) and slide
the tube end fully in.

3) Activate the clamping ring by a backward movement against the
direction of assembly. Check the leak-tightness by carrying out a
pressure test.
4) Using the tabs (PULL), pull the vRC sleeve back into the initial posi-
tion.
