Mode 1: Tension Relief Mode

3. Long press the Power Button to stop using the device.
4. A voice prompt will be heard when the device has been in operation
for 10 minutes. An indicator light will go o and the device will
automatically shut down.
Silent Mode & Voice Mode
Quick press the Power button twice to enter Silent Mode
(without voice broadcast).
In the silent mode, quick press the Power button twice to switch back to
the Voice Mode.
Warm Tips
When using this device, it's recommended to keep your eyes closed,
lean back in the chair and completely relax your body.
Your vision will become blurry for a short period of time after use.
Regular vision will return faster if eyes are kept closed for
a short while.
