Limited Warranty Statement
Limited Warranty:
Sentry Protection LLC warrants that its products will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year after delivery of the product to
the initial end-user. Sentry Protection LLC will, at its option, repair or replace without charge the Sentry product determined by Sentry Protection
LLC to be defective in material or workmanship. Any defects in materials or workmanship must be reported immediately to either Sentry Protection
LLC, or the seller of the Sentry product. Failure to provide timely notice so as to permit e ective repair or replacement shall void this limited
warranty. This limited warranty covers materials, workmanship, and delivery of the product to the facility. Any damage to the product due to
shipment or delivery must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. This limited warranty shall only apply if the product has been
installed, maintained and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and specifications, and has not been subject to mishandling, misuse,
abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, improper installation, improper use, alteration, fire, water or damage because of other perils or
natural disasters.
Exclusive Warranty:
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL OR IMPLIED.
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE
ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SENTRY PROTECTION LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUES,
LOSS OF OPPORTUNITIES, THE CLAIMS OR COSTS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OTHER THAN TO ITS OWN
PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILLTHE END-USER'S RIGHT OF RECOVERY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
Because of the nature of this product, its inherent use in abusive environments, and the unpredictability of the hazards it may face, Sentry
Protection LLC, does not warrant the ability of the Sentry products to perform in any way. All decisions regarding the fitness for use or performance
of the products are the responsibility of the buyer of the product. Sentry Protection does o er a 30-day trial program so those prospective buyers of
its products have a method to determine for themselves this fitness for use. If you have questions about the details of this 30-day trial program,

Frequently Asked Questions

The product is not working. I walked or
drove a vehicle past one sensor and the
warning lights didn't work.
The warning light only works if there is
motion detected by both sensors. Each
device independently does NOT set the
warning. Motion must be detected on both
sensors simultaneously.
I am setting o the alarm by myself. As I walk
(or drive) around a corner it is lighting up and
no one else is around.
The motion sensors have a 0.5 second
latency built into them. Sometimes this means
a person quickly walking past both sensors
may set the warning light o by themselves.
This can also occur when sensor zones are
directed too closely to each other or overlap.
Redirect sensors or adjust the PIR lens shade
to prevent detection zones from overlapping.
I have used the Collision Sentry Multi-Zone
successfully, but the product doesn't work in
certain areas. It either warns continually or
warns with motion on only one side.
Conditions exist in buildings or parts of
buildings where there can be excess infrared
signals. This could emanate from heater
systems, reflections, or other unknown (and
unseen) sources of infrared light. This may
trick the sensor into "seeing" changes in
infrared and therefore reporting this as
motion. If this happens on both sensors, the
product will send o a warning. If this
happens on one sensor, then motion on the
other sensor alone will set o the warning
light. If this is the case, try the product in a
variety of locations to verify this situation.
Both Status LEDs are blinking Yellow.
Remove battery, set DIP switch #5 to OFF,
re-install battery.
Status LEDs blinking Red.
Hardware is likely damaged, or alerts LEDs
are unplugged. Call customer service.
One or both devices are displaying the Fail
Safe Alert, occasionally or constantly.
The pair of devices are not able to communi-
cate with each other.
Only matched pairs will communicate with
each other and should be used together.
Ensure the devices you are attempting to use
together are identical. Serial numbers on the
back should match.
Ensure that both devices have fresh batteries.
Communication can be prevented due to far
distance, proximity to other RF transmitters,
and other factors. Set DIP switch #3 to ON for
high power BLE operation. If this does not
resolve the problem, move the two devices
closer together. Contact customer service for
additional assistance.
