Faults
The robot vacuum moves backward
The robot vacuum has no sound
The app operation response delays
The app shows that the connection is
abnormal and requires reconnection
Possible Causes
The protective cover of navigation
module is stuck.
There is an obstacle ahead.
The front bumper is stuck.
There is dust accumulated in the cli
sensors.
The sound is set to mute or low volume.
The robot vacuum is in "Do Not Disturb
Mode".
Please check whether the following
problems occur:
- The network is busy.
wireless network signal reception of the
phone is poor.
- The network bandwidth is insu cient.
The robot vacuum is disconnected from
the self-cleaning base.
Actions
Gently tap the protective cover and remove the
small objects.
Remove the obstacle in time.
Gently tap the front bumper to remove foreign
matters.
Clean the dust accumulated on the surface of
cli sensor.
Turn up the volume.
Turn o "Do Not Disturb Mode'
Please try the following actions:
- Restart the router and reduce the number of
users accessed.
