Carbon accumulated in the engine and/or in the exhaust pipe
muffler inlet
•
Carbon accumulated on the spark plug stuck carburetor
•
Lack of water supply

•
Insufficient detergent flow
•
Detergent tube not connected or damaged
•

•
The detergent tube filter is clogged
SOLUTION
•
Check the air filter and clean it
•
Adjust the idle speed until the engine runs correctly and at a reasonable speed
when idling.
•
Check it and clean the air filter
•
Remove the cylinder head from the engine and clean the carbon from the
combustion chamber. For the exhaust pipe muffler, remove it and clean the carbon
deposits from the exhaust pipe inlet port.
•
Remove the spark plug and clean the carbon from the electrodes before replacing it.
•
Clean the carburetor
•
Make sure that the hoses are connected correctly, that the filter inlet is not blocked
or full of mud, that the hose is not kinked or clogged.
•
Replace hoses that are damaged.
•
Clean the filters
•
Remove the lance extension from the lance. Start the machine. When the flow of
•
water coming out of the lance is continuous, it means that there is no more air.
Stop the engine, replace the lance, and then start the engine.
•
Unclog the nozzle. If damaged, replace
•
Have the pump inspected and adjusted
•
Have the machine inspected and repaired.
•
Make sure there is enough detergent, and that it is the right one.
•
Make sure the detergent flow control (if applicable) is open enough.
•
Make sure the detergent tube is properly connected to the pump.
•
Check that the tube is not clogged, kinked or damaged and that the suction end of
the tube is submerged in the detergent
•
Make sure the nozzle you are using is the correct one for the detergent you are
using (low pressure nozzles)
•
Clean or replace filter (if equipped)
