12.4 Taking videos and photos

To record a video or take a photo, select the mode beforehand:
Video recording modes: Video, Slow Motion, Loop, Time Lapse
Note:
The photo button pauses the recording in all video modes. Pressing this button again resumes video recording.
Photo shooting modes: Photo, Auto, Burst, Timer (Self-Timer)
Select mode: Press "Mode" to enter the modes, then press "UP"/"DOWN" (or W/T) and move the cursor to the left or
right to select the desired setting. Confirm your selection with "OK". Then press the record button to record a video or
the "PHOTO" button to take photos.
After switching on the camera, you can start recording directly by pressing the record button or the "PHOTO" button.
Note:
The last selected settings will then apply to the videos/photos.
Pressing the Video button starts a video recording in the last selected Video mode, even if the camera is currently
in Photo mode. Pressing the Photo button (in Video mode likewise) takes a photo in the last selected Photo
mode.
