12 Starting the camera

When you open the LCD monitor, the camera turns on automatically.
When the camera is off but the screen is open, press and hold the "Power" button for 1 second to switch on the
camera. The screen display starts automatically. (Note: The screen display shows the last selected settings.)

12.1 Setting the date and time

To go to the system settings, press the Menu button and then press "Mode". From here, press "Up" or "Down" to
go to the time and date settings. After selecting a setting, press "OK" to confirm your selection. Press "Mode" to
exit the settings menu.
Images and videos receive a timestamp (can be disabled) according to the settings. It is recommended to adjust
these settings

12.2 Language settings

Press "MENU" and then "Mode" to access the settings, then select the language using the "Up" and "Down" but-
tons and confirm your selection with "OK".
