Warranty

The Deutsche Telekom GmbH provides a warranty of 24 months for your
T Phone 2. The warranty relates to defects which were present at the time
the T Phone 2 was handed over.
The warranty period begins at the time the T Phone 2 was handed over or
initial purchase.
In the case of a defect, you initially have a right of rectification.
The right of rectification relates to either improvement (e.g. repair) or the
supply of a replacement product. Replaced parts or devices become the
property of Telekom Deutschland GmbH.
In order to assert claims based on the terms of warranty, you must submit
proof of purchase (original sales receipt or receipt, with information of date
of purchase and name of sales outlet), the model designation, the serial/IMEI
number and product number.
Telekom Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to reject claims under the
terms of warranty if this information is not submitted.
Before sending the T Phone 2 in or returning it to the Telekom Shop, make a
backup copy of the data stored on another medium because this data will be
lost during repair or replacement. Unlock any screen locks prior to repair to
enable service technicians access to the T Phone 2.
