The messaging app is used to send and receive text messages (SMS) and
multimedia messages (MMS).

Open the Apps menu and tap on

Open the messaging list on the screen and tap on
text/multimedia message.

Use the To field to enter the name or phone
number of the recipient in the address bar or
tap on to add recipients.

Tap on the Text message bar to enter the text
for the message.

Tap on to gain access to emoticons.

Tap on to send the text message.
An SMS message can contain up to 160 char-
acters. In the case of messages exceeding 160
characters, another SMS is automatically created.
This can lead to extra charges depending on the
mobile phone contract.
