Entretien, maintenance
De temps en temps, il est conseillé de net-
toyer les têtes, le cabestan, le galet de pression,
et les guides de la bande. Pour cela, utilisez
un chiffon de lin imbibé d'alcool, ou un bâton-
net d'ouate à oreilles. Vous atteindrez plus
facilement les emplacements à nettoyer, en
poussant
le support de cassettes sans cassette
vers l'arrière, et en enfonçant la touche » (18),
lorsque la fenêtre du casier à cassettes est
ouverte

Care and maintenance
It is recommended to clean the heads, capstan
shaft, pressure roller, and tape guides from
time to time. Use as piece of linen or acotton
wool stick such as a O-tip soaked in methola-
ted spirits. The areas to be cleaned are more
easily accessible if you push the cassette hol-
der to the rear without fitting a cassette and
then press the button » (18) with the cassette
compartment window open.
Never use metallic objects for cleaning.
As all lubrication points are sufficiently
supplied with oil, your units will operate for
many years without problems under normal
conditions. Do not attempt to lubricate the
Unit yourself. Only special lubricants may be
used. Such work should be carried out by a
trained person or by your nearest authorized
Dual service workshop.
