There are 9 body types, which are classified according to the calculated FAT%. Type 1 is between 5% - 9%. Type 2 is between
10% - 14%. Type 3 is between 15% - 19%. Type 4 is between 20% - 24%. Type 5 is between 25% - 29%. Type 6 is between
30% - 34%. Type 7 is between 35% - 39%. Type 8 is between 40% - 44%. Type 9 is between 45% - 50%.

Heart Rate Program:
Programs 17 to 20 are the heart rate control programs and program 22 is the heart rate target control program.
Program 17 is the target heart rate - train according to your target heart rate value.
Program 18 is the 60% maximum H.R.C. - - Target H.R. = (220 - AGE) x 60%.
Program 19 is the 75% maximum H.R.C. - - Target H.R. = (220 - AGE) x 75%.
Program 20 is the 85% maximum H.R.C. - - Target H.R. = (220 - AGE) x 85%.
You can exercise according to your desired heart rate program by setting your AGE, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES or TARGET
PULSE. In these programs, the computer adjusts the resistance level according to the detected heart rate. For example, the
resistance level can be increased every 20 seconds if the detected heart rate is below the TARGET PULSE. Likewise, the
resistance level can be decreased every 20 seconds if the detected heart rate is above the TARGET PULSE.

Use UP/DOWN keys to select one of the heart rate control programs from P18 to P22.

Press the MODE button to enter your training program.

The ALTER flashes for programs P18 to P21 and you can press the UP or DOWN keys to set your ALTER. The default
age is 35.

At program 22, the TARGET PULSE indicator flashes and you can press the UP or DOWN keys to set the TARGET PULSE
between 80 and 180. The default setting for the TARGET PULSE is 120.

The TIME will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set your workout time. Press the MODE button to
confirm the desired TIME.

The DISTANCE indicator will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set your target distance. Press the
MODE button to confirm your desired DISTANCE.

The CALORIES display will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set your training CALORIES. Press the
MODE button to confirm your desired CALORIES.
8.
Press the START/STOP button to begin training.
User program: User 1, User 2, User 3, User 4
Program 21 to 24 is the user setting program. The user can freely set the values in the order TIME, REMOVAL, CALORIES and
the resistance level in 10 columns. The values and profiles are stored in the memory after setting. The user can also change
the current load in each column with the UP/DOWN keys, but the stored resistance value will not be changed.

Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the USER program from P21 to P24.

Press the MODE button to enter your training program.

Column 1 flashes and with UP/DOWN keys you can create your personal training profile. Press MODE to confirm the
first column of your training profile. The default level is load 1.

confirm the second column of the training profile.

Follow the above description 5 and 6 to finalize your personal training profiles. Press MODE to confirm your desired
training profile.

TIME will flash and you can press UP or DOWN buttons to set the training time. Press the MODE button to confirm the
desired TIME.

The DISTANCE will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired DISTANCE. Press the MODE
button to confirm the desired DISTANCE.
