ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before you start assembling the unit, please check that all the specified parts are present. Some of the assembly steps
require heavy lifting. It is recommended that you have another
STEP 1:
Attach the rubber feet (25) to the front or rear cross support (24/30), do not lock the hexagon nut (29).
Attach the front cross support (24) and the rear cross support (30) to the main frame (22) with the screw (28) and the washer
(19). At this time, adjust the four rubber feet (25) so that the unit rests securely on the floor; secure the hex nut (29);
Attach the pedals (40L/R) to the crank arms as shown in FIG.2. ATTENTION: Make sure that the right pedal (40R) marked (R) is
attached to the right crank arm and tightened clockwise. The left pedal (40L) marked (L) is attached to the left crank arm and
tightened counterclockwise.
