confirm your desired TIME.

The DISTANCE indicator will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired DISTANCE. Press the
MODE button to confirm your desired DISTANCE.

The CALORIES display will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set your training CALORIES. Press the
MODE button to confirm your desired CALORIES.

The PULSE display flashes and you can set your training pulse with the UP or DOWN buttons. Press the MODE button to
confirm your desired pulse.
7.
Press the START/STOP button to begin training.
Watt Program:
Program 15 is a speed-independent program. Press the MODE button to set the values for TARGET WATT, TIME, DISTANCE
and CALORIES. During the training mode, the resistance level cannot be adjusted. For example, the resistance level may
increase if the speed is too slow. Likewise, the resistance may decrease if the speed is too high. As a result, the calculated
WATT value is close to the TARGET WATT value set by the user.
1.
Use the UP or DOWN keys to select the WATT CONTROL program (P15).

Press the MODE button to enter your training program.

The TIME will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN button to set your workout time. Press the MODE button to
confirm the desired TIME.

The DISTANCE indicator flashes and you can press the UP or DOWN button to set the desired DISTANCE. Press the
MODE button to confirm the desired DISTANCE.
5.
The WATT display will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set your target WATT value. Press the MODE
button to confirm your target WATT value. The default value for WATT is 100.
6.
The CALORIES display will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN button to set your training CALORIES. Press the
MODE button to confirm the desired CALORIES.
7.
The PULSE indicator will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set your training pulse. Press the MODE
button to confirm your desired pulse.
8.
Press the START/STOP button to begin training.
NOTE: 1. WATT = TORQUE (KGM) * SPEED * 1.03
In this program, the WATT value keeps a constant value. That is, when you pedal fast, the resistance value decreases and
when you pedal slowly, the resistance value increases. Always try to keep the same watt value.
Program: Body Fat
Program 16 is a special program for calculating the user's body fat percentage.
1.
Select the BODY FAT program (P16) with the UP/DOWN keys.
2.
Press the MODE button to enter your training program.
3.
The BODY SIZE will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set the SIZE. Press the MODE button to confirm
your SIZE. The default SIZE is 170cm or 5'07" (5feet 7 inches).
4.
The WEIGHT will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set your WEIGHT. Press the MODE button to
confirm your WEIGHT. The default weight is 70kg or 155lbs.
5.
The GENDER flashes and you can select your gender with the UP or DOWN keys. The number 1 means male and the
number 0 means female. Press the MODE button to confirm your gender. The default gender is 1 (MAN).
6.
The AGE will flash and you can press the UP or DOWN buttons to set your ALTER. Press the MODE button to confirm
your AGE. The default age is 35.
7.
Press the START/STOP button to start the body fat measurement. If E is displayed in the window, please make sure that
the hands are well attached to the handles or the chest strap is well attached to the body. Then press the START/STOP
button again to go to the start of the body fat measurement.
8.
When the measurement is complete, the computer displays the FAT PERCENT values on the LCD.
