Quick start

Start training directly, TIME will start counting. DISTANCE/ CALORIES/ RPM/ SPEED/ WATT/ RPM & HEART RATE show the
corresponding values.
7.
The drawing animation shows only USER, it jumps to the next figure after 0.1 KM (or ML).
8.
Press the START/STOP key to end the training. The STOP symbol flashes, all values are retained.
9.
Pressing the RESET / Function wheel /ENTER keys is not allowed during training.
10. In STOP mode, press RESET button, the monitor will return to the function setting page.
Target time
1.
Use the function dial to set the target time (preset value=10:00), press START/STOP to exercise.
2.
TIME starts counting down from the target value, for DISTANCE/ CALORIES/ RPM/ SPEED/ WATT/ RPM & HEART RATE
corresponding values are displayed
3.
The drawing animation shows only USER, it jumps to the next figure after one fifth of the set time.
4.
Press the START/STOP key to end the training. The STOP symbol flashes, all values are retained.
5.
Pressing the RESET / FUNCTION WHEEL / ENTER keys is not allowed during training.
6.
In STOP mode, press RESET button, the monitor will return to the function setting page.
