OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 5:
A.) Set the resistance:
To increase the resistance (which requires more force to pedal), turn the emergency brake and resistance knob ( 49) to the
right.
To reduce the resistance (less force required to pedal), turn the emergency brake and resistance knob ( 49) to the left.
B.) The emergency brake function:
The emergency brake and resistance control knob can be used as an emergency brake. If you want the flywheel to stop
rotating, you must press the emergency brake and resistance control knob ( 49) down firmly.
CAUTION: Before use, check that all parts are tight and secure and that the machine is stable on the floor
