On/off
The earbuds turn on automatically when they are taken out from the
charging case.
Place the earbuds back into the charging case to turn them off.
Or press and hold the buttons for about 5 seconds to power them
on or off.
Charge
To charge the charging case, connect a USB-C cable.
The LEDs on the charging case will flash orange while charging.
To charge the earbuds, insert them into the charging case.
The charge contacts should be well connected.
The LEDs on the earbuds are lit orange while charging. When the
earbuds are fully charged the LEDs turn off.
When the earbuds have low battery, a sound will be played.
Connect
This product can be used both as a single earbud and as dual earbuds.
Choose if you want to use 1 or 2.
1. Take out the earbuds or earbud from the case. They will power on
and connect to each other (if you choose 2).
2. The earbuds' LEDs will flash orange and white. Only one earbud's
LEDs will flash orange and white to indicate it is ready to pair.
3. Connect to the earbuds from your phone/device.
Refer to your phone/device manual if needed.
Usage
Gently put the earbuds into your ears.
Answer or hang up a phone call
Press the button to answer a phone call. Press and hold for 2 seconds
to reject a call.
Play/pause
Press the button to play/pause.
Next song
Press 2 times on the right earbud for next song.
Previous song
Press 2 times on the left earbud for previous song.
Volume
Press the button 3 times on left earbud to lower volume.
Press the button 3 times on right earbud to increase volume.
You can also adjust the volume from your connected device for
example your phone.
Voice assistant
Press and hold the button for 2 seconds on either earbud to activate
voice assistant. Works for Google assistant and Siri.
Troubleshooting
If the earbuds are not charging when they are in their case and do
not disconnect from the sound source, the reason might be that the
charge connectors on the charging case and earbuds are dirty and
need to be cleaned.
Cleaning
Dirt and grease on the charge pins on both earbuds and charging case
can prevent charging.
We recommend cleaning the earbuds regularly. Clean the charge pins
with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol (not water), we recommend using
isopropyl alcohol.
We suggest that you wipe the earbuds free from sweat before putting
them back into the case.
