6.3 Use of clamping handle
Turn handle clockwise to tighten tube and turn counter-clockwise to loosen it.
Tube must be correctly tightened before any work on it.
Clamping force must be adapted according to tube stiffness and to the work. For example, cutting requires
more clamping force than welding.
WARNING : During cutting or bevelling, if tube is not tight enough, it may turn on itself.
Do not use a tube or anything else to increase the force on the crank handle. Too much stress can damage
the parts.
WARNING : Do not approach your fingers from clamping system while using the clamping handle.
Diameter adjustment – Penetration lever

Join experience
Loosen the adjustment knob and rotate the tool
plate. Tighten when adjustment is complete.
Pull on the penetration lever to release its motion
then
Operate it down to engage the tool, pull it and
release over the screw to lock the lever position.
