Adjust blade guide bracket (74) so
that the guide pins (75) start approx.
1 mm behind the teeth's gullets.
7.
Tighten screw (73) again.

Loosen screws (76) with a hex.
wrench.
9.
Press guide pins (77) together
(against the bandsaw blade).

10. Turn the bandsaw wheel by hand in
a clockwise direction several times
to bring the guide pins in correct
position – both guide pins should
just touch the bandsaw blade.
11. Tighten screws (76) again.
12. Adjust the thrust bearing (78) so it
will just touch the back of the band-
saw blade.
13. Tighten screw (79) again.

14. Attach the saw table to the upper
table trunnion.

15. Fit the fence guide extrusion to the
saw table.

Rubber tyre replacement
Periodically check the rubber tyres for
1mm
wear. Always replace rubber tyres in
pairs:
1.
Remove bandsaw blade (see "Care
and Maintenance").
2.
With a small screwdriver, lift the rub-
ber tyres up to pull them off the
bandsaw wheel.

3.
Fit new rubber tyres and replace the
bandsaw blade.

Table insert replacement
The table insert needs replacement
when its slot has become enlarged or
damaged.
1.
Remove table insert (80) from saw
table (push up from underneath).
2.
Fit new table insert.

Saw Cleaning
1.
Open lower housing door.
2.
Remove chip case (81) and empty
it.

3.
Remove chips and saw dust with
brush or vacuum cleaner from:
− inside of the lower bandsaw
housing;
− blade guides;
− operating elements.
4.
Lift up door catch lever (82) and
replace the chip case.

Machine storage
Danger!
Store machine so that
− it can not be started by unauthor-
ized persons and
− nobody can get hurt.
Note:
The
On/Off
blocked by a padlock.
Caution!
Do not store machine unpro-
tected outdoors or in damp environ-
ment.
