General information
The cube cutter insert is suitable for cutting
the following foods into cubes:
¡ Raw or cooked vegetables, e.g. pota-
toes, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, pep-
pers, onions
¡ Fruit, e.g. bananas, apples, pears,
peaches, strawberries, melons, kiwis
¡ Hard cheese, hard-boiled eggs or soft
meat sausage, e.g. mortadella
Processing instructions:
¡ Do not process fruit or vegetables that
are too ripe or the juice may escape
¡ Leave cooked food to cool down before
dicing it as it will then be firmer and the
dicing result will be better
¡ Before processing, remove the seeds
and stones from fruit, e.g. apples or
peaches.
¡ The length of the pieces changes as
more or less pressure is applied to the
pusher
¡ The cube cutter insert is not suitable for
cutting very soft cheese or sliced
cheese, e.g. mozzarella, sheep's cheese,
Gouda, Edam
¡ When processing hard cheese, e.g. Em-
mental, do not process more than 3 kg
in one go
12
¡ Do not process any frozen food
Notes
¡ Failure to follow these instructions may
result in damage to the cube cutter in-
sert, the cutting grid and cutter disc.
¡ If the cube cutter is not used as inten-
ded, is modified or is used improperly, li-
ability for any damage is excluded. Also
excluded here is liability for damage that
results from processing unapproved
foods, e.g. blunt or deformed blades.
