TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
Motors will not start.
The motors stop directly
after starting.
Pump runs but no suction.

Pump runs but poor suction.
Plugged fi lter.
Machine blows dust.
Abnormal sound from
machine.
The machine stops

Fault
Machine not connected.
Incorrect fuse.
Thermal overload not set
correctly.
Hose not connected.
Hose plugged.
No plastic sack on the
cyclone.
The container is not fi rmly
attached to the bottom of
the cyclone.
Hole in the hose.
Clean or change fi lter.
Hose too long or too small.
Hose is kinked.
Machine top is mounted
incorrectly.
Dust is packed in the
cyclone.
One of the fans is turned
off.
Filter is perforated or has
come loose.
Overheating

Solution
Make sure connection.
Change to correct circuit.
Electrician should adjust.
Connect the hose.
Find and remove block.
Mount the correct sack.
Secure the container.
Change or repair hose.
Change the hose.
Check and free.
Adjust the mounting.
Take off the top and clean
out.
Start it.
Check the fi lters and change
if necessary.
Order service.
This machine is equipped
with a thermal switch to
protect vital components from
overheating. If this safety
switch switches off the
machine, it takes about 5-10
minutes before the machine
automatically starts again.
Turn off the power and unplug
the power cord, then check
the suction casing, hose,
inlet, cyclone, discharge ar
rangement (intellibag/longo
pac/container) and fi lter to
ensure that nothing is ob
structing the airfl ow through
the machine.
