Before first use
Check the product and scope of delivery
NOTE!
If opening the packaging with a sharp knife or other pointed
object, be careful to avoid damaging the product's surface.
- Proceed carefully with opening the packaging.
1. With both hands, lift the product out of the packaging.
2. Check that the delivery is complete (see chapter "Scope of delivery/unit parts").
3. Inspect the product and individual parts for damage. Do not operate a damaged
product, instead, contact the manufacturer via the service center listed on the
warranty card.
Initial cleaning of the product
1. Remove the packaging and all protective film, if present.
2. Clean all parts of the delivery as described in the "Cleaning" section.
The product is clean and ready for use.
Set up product
1. Place the product on an easily accessible, level, dry, heat-resistant and sufficiently
stable work surface.
2. Insert the trivet 9 into the deep-frying basket 7 . Press the trivet down to make sure
it is sitting straight at the bottom of the frying basket.
3. Push the frying basket completely into the product.
Operation
• Always insert the trivet into the frying basket first before use. Never
use the product without the trivet.
• If desired, you can heat up the product without ingredients first. In this
case, set the timer to 3 minutes.
1. Connect the power plug to the mains and make sure that the steam outlet 2 and
the ventilation slots 6 are not blocked.
2. Pull the frying basket 7 out of the product by the handle 8 .
