In order to select the mode, follow the below steps:

1 . By default the camera mode appears first on switching on the camera .
2 . Press mode button to toggle between the 3 modes .
3 . The camera mode will have an icon on the top left corner of the LCD screen . The video mode will have an icon
and the playback mode an icon will appear .

Camera mode

This is the default mode when turning on your camera .

Taking photos

1 . Compose the picture using the LCD screen .
2 . Hold your finger on the shutter release button and wait for the camera to focus on the subject .
3 . Centre your subject using the white frame that appears on the LCD screen .
4 . Hold the camera steady and press the shutter button down to take the photo .
5 . When the frame turns green, the picture is taken .
6 . There is a short delay while the camera stores the JPEG photo in memory .
After each photo is taken (when the camera returns to icon mode) the numbers of photos left to shoot at the
selected resolution is displayed on the top right of the LCD screen .
