Possible cause
The temperature knob is not
in the right position, or the
appliance is switched off.
The temperature knob is set to
the MIN position.
The steam-shot function has
been used too often within a
very short period. The iron is
not hot enough.
The temperature knob has
been set to MIN.
The iron is not hot enough.
Water is over the max mark.
Steam holes are blocked.
Little or no water in tank.
Not enough pressure or air
inside.
Solution
Set the temperature knob to
the correct position.
Continue ironing in horizontal
position and wait a few
minutes before using the
vertical steam shot function
again.
Set the temperature knob
correctly.
Wait until the red-light
indicator turns red.
Empty the remaining water.
Clean the openings with
distilled water.
Add water to tank.
Press the spray nozzle
manually and press the spray
button several times in a row.
