Implementa�on
- Filling:
A�er installing the water heater, open the stop cock.
1. To fill the electric water heater, once the water connec�ons have been made, open any hot
water tap (if you are using a mixer, turn the handle to the maximum hot water posi�on). Please note
that if a stop valve is installed on the hot water outlet of the water heater, it must be open.
When the valve is open in the hot water posi�on and the water starts to flow regularly, the water
heater tank is full.
Con�nue by closing the outlet valves, making sure there are no leaks in the system. Do not connect
the heater to the mains un�l you have checked that it is full of water, otherwise the hea�ng element
will burn out due to dry hea�ng. Check that the electrical supply is 230V AC and that the frequency is
approximately 50HZ, as indicated on the electric water heater nameplate. We strongly recommend
installing an external switch to turn the water heater on and off.
2. Check all seals and make sure there are no leaks or water leakage points.
