The following items are excluded from the coverage of this warranty and,
consequently, the total cost of repair shall be borne by the
user:
Damage caused by negligence or misuse of the appliance by the
customer.
Repairs due to scale build-up on of the appliance. To ensure that the
appliance operates efficiently, it should be descaled, including replacing the
anode in the heating element, at least once a year. If the appliance is used
intensively or if the water used is of excessive hardness or quality (presence
of limescale), it is advisable to reduce this maximum period.

technician. Replacement of the anode is not covered by the warranty and the
cost will be borne by the customer.
Interventions resulting from incorrect installation of the appliance,
commissioning by a non-accredited professional, manipulation, modification
or repair by unauthorised persons or maintenance that does not comply with
the installation and use recommendations contained in the instruction
manual or with current legislation.
