The electric water heater must be earthed and operate at 230V and a frequency of 50Hz. Check that
the specifica�ons on the appliance nameplate match those on the power supply. The manufacturer
of the product cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from incorrect installa�on.

• Installa�on, commissioning and repair of the water heater must be carried out in
accordance with these instruc�ons and only by qualified professionals.
• Electric water heaters are manufactured and tested in accordance with current regula�ons
and standards.
• During the hea�ng period, it is normal for drops to form due to the pressure at the hot water
outlet. Do not block the safety valve.
- The electric water heater MUST be installed with the safety valve fited with a non-return device
(one-way).
• If you are not using your electric water heater for a long �me, and if there is a risk of
it freezing where it is installed, it is advisable to drain it. Draining can be done by emptying the safety
valve.
To Drain:
Switch off the power
Turn off the water supply valve of the installa�on.
Open the hot water valve
When the pressure of the network exceeds 3.8 kg/cm2. It is MANDATORY to install a pressure
reducer. The pressure reducer should not be installed less than 6 meters away from the safety valve
and should be equipped with a strainer filter beforehand.
