4. Place the rear wheels onto the stub axles of the rear
wheel cross beam and secure them with the R-clips.
Fit the hub caps to the wheel centres, note they may
require a thump to locate them securely.

6. Connect the rear legs (the shorter of the two
pair, 430mm long) to the rear leg mount using the
M8x35 bolts and M8 nuts supplied.
Connect the front legs (the longer 500mm long
pair) to the front leg mount using two of the nuts
and two of the bolts removed in the step 3. Note
that the bolt should go through the upper of the
two holes in the front leg.

Spring Washer
5. Prise the plastic end covers from the ends of the
front foot. Insert a plate nut into an end of front
foot. Note that the nut is offset to one end of the
plate so you can hold the plate in place with your
finger.
Place an M10 flat washer then an M10 spring washer,
over the screw threads of a castor and insert the
castor through the hole in the underside of the foot
and screw into the plate nut.
Repeat with the other castor then replace the end
caps.
