5. To work at maximum speed,
press and hold the turbo but-
ton (12).
The appliance will then oper-
ate at the highest speed the
entire time. The speed does
not change even if you turn the
speed regulator.
6. Move the appliance up and
down while puréeing.
Be careful not to immerse the
drive unit in food or fluid.
7. To switch off the appliance,
release the normal operation
button or the turbo button and
disconnect the mains plug
from the socket.
Using the chopper
You can use the chopper (4) to
chop meat, cheese, vegetables,
herbs or nuts, for example.
For chopping meat, we recom-
mend chopping a maximum of
140 g of meat at a time.
1. Insert the chopper with the
cutting blades facing down-
wards into the small mixing
container (7).
2. Cut food into 1–2 cm pieces
and remove any hard parts
(e.g. bones and pits) before-
hand.
3. Put the food in the small mix-
ing container. Make sure that
you do not pour more than
500 ml of food content.

4. Place the chopper attach-
ment (9) onto the chopper.
Make sure that the chopper at-
tachment clicks into place with
the chopper's slot.
5. Turn the chopper attachment
clockwise to lock it.
