• Locking the quick clamps
Lock the four levers (13) of the camloks by turning them clockwise.
• Connecting the motors
Grip the "D" connector (12) by its side lugs, check it faces the right way and insert it
into the connector on the effects kit, pushing it parallel to it, as shown by the arrow
and taking care not to stretch the wires.

• Inserting the lamp
Open the cover (9) again, as illustrated above (see section 4), insert the lamp in the
lamp holder (27) and tighten the thumb screws (11).
IMPORTANT: for uniform distribution of the light beam, the lamp must be positioned
so that the glass pip (28) does not coincide with the optical axis of the projector. With
this in mind, turn lamp so that the pip is directed toward the side cover (9).
Lastly, close the side cover (9) as illustrated above (see section 10).

• Closing the effects cover
Position the top cover (29) onto the head, then fasten the hooks (5) onto it and lower
the levers (4) until the safety catch clicks home (3).
Hook the safety strap (7) back on with the spring clip (6).

• Final check
Before installing the projector in position, it is recommended to switch it on and check
it works properly in order to be sure the above procedure has been carried out cor-
rectly.
Before switching on the projector, remember to free the movements of the moving
head by releasing the pan and tilt levers (1 and 2).
