• Freeing the Tilt hubs
Using a 2.5mm Allen key, loosen the four set screws (21) constraining the eccentric
hubs (22) to the shoulders of the appliance by a few turns.

• Rotating the Tilt hubs
Using the two spanners (23), provided by Clay Paky on request (code C61112),
turn both hubs (22) simultaneously through 180° so the holes in the hubs face
upwards.

• Locking the Tilt hubs
Screw without forcing the set screws (21) taking care their full length is contained
in the threaded hole into which they are screwed.
If the set screws are not fully inserted, it is necessary to check the exact position-
ing of the hubs (22) by moving them slightly in both directions using the special
spanners (23) provided.

• Fitting the Tilt clip
Using the correct tools (see figure 12), fit the limit stop pin (19) of the Tilt movement
back into the top hole (24) of the pulley (18).

• Fitting the side cover
Reposition the side cover (16) on to the shoulder of the projector, aligning all the fix-
ing points exactly, then using the relevant screwdriver tighten all the Philips screws
(17).

• Inserting the Zoom effects kit
Position the bundle of wires (25) for the effects kit motor wiring outside the head, as
shown in the figure.
Set up the Stage Zoom effects kit by turning both gobos discs by hand to have the
empty positions (with no gobos) facing towards the outside of the kit, as shown in
the figure.
Lift the Stage Zoom effects kit above the head of the projector and slowly lower it
into the head, taking special care to avoid the internal wiring.
IMPORTANT: The effects kit needs to be inserted into the head with the male con-
nector (26) positioned on the same side as the bundle of wires (25) terminating with
a female connector (12).
