Operation
Before the first time use, ensure to:
• Let a specialized technician check the
appliance functions properly;
• Clean the machine for 1 minute using
the simple cleaning mode (CLN). For
details, refer to section 'To simply clean
the desired bowl'.
Filling
1. Ensure to switch Off and unplug the appliance.
2. Preparing your product: Polar recommends
that you use syrup mix designed for use in
Slush Machines. Dilute and mix the concentrate
with water in a container, following the
manufacturer's instructions. NOTE - Any
mixture used must have a sugar content
within 5%-18%; The alcohol beverage
should have the alcohol content less than
20%. Or it may cause damage to the
augers and gear motors. Damage caused
by using incorrect mixture will invalidate
the warranty.
3. Opening the lid: Remove the lock to open.
Never open the lid with force.
4. Pour the mixture into the bowl.
WARNING: Do not fill the tank with hot
liquid.
Do not let the level exceed the 'MAX' level
line marked on the front of the bowl.
5. Close the lid. (Never attempt to start the
machine in case the lid is open.)

Warning: There are moving parts inside the
bowl, which may cause injuries. Therefore,
ensure to turn off and unplug the appliance
before carrying out any operations inside
the bowl.
Getting started
1. Connect the appliance to a mains power
supply.
2. Press the on/off switch
Selecting the working mode
• Press the mode button
working mode.
• There are 4 modes in total:
Mode Icon
Slush ICE Slush mode is selected
Juice COOL Juice mode is selected
CLN
Simple In this mode, the bowl
Cleaning will stop refrigerating but
the auger is still rotating
to assist the cleaning of a
desired bowl
Stop STOP The bowl will stop stirring
and refrigerating
Note: When the inside temperature is less than
0°C, there will be an extra mode of defrost
available to use
To serve with slush
1. Press the mode button
mode. The icon 'ICE' will be shown.
2. Press buttons and
hardness setting from 1 (softest) to 7 (hardest).
The higher setting it is, the thicker the slush
will be and with less water content.
Note: Under slush mode, the temperature
range is -12°C ~ -2°C. When the slush is
too hard, it may stick at the outlet and
cannot go out smoothly.
