PRELIMINARY STEPS
Before starting, please prepare & clean surfaces:
• Protect the headlight and the car with masking tape.
• Clean headlight.
• Protect yourself with protective suits, gloves, and glasses
STEP 1 : DRY SANDING
Sand on dry surfaces with Sander CP7200
and the sanding papers below to clean and remove roughness.
P600
P800 P1500
A. Use paper P600 to get rid of yellowing, scratches and deep impacts.
B. Use paper P800 to start sanding.
C. Use paper P1500 and to continue sanding.
Please follow guidelines in the user
manual :
• Use sander only for sanding.
• Use polisher only for polishing .
Do not mix !
> Between each sanding paper
change, always clean headlight with
a dry tissue.
