13.1
Démontage : remontage broche · Disassembly / assembly
spindle · Spindel Ausbau / Einbau
•
Démonter l'équipement ainsi que l'outil.
•
Enlever le carter (04)** et le raccord (07)** et la butée micro (A+B+C)**.
•
Brancher la machine au réseau d'air comprimé.
•
Ré-armer le bouton d'arrêt (34)***, pour ouvrir l'alimentation en air.
•
Appuyer ensuite sur le verrou de démarrage (67)*, la broche (03)** sort automatiquement par
l'avant.
•
Pour le remontage, brancher la machine au réseau d'air comprimé, puis basculer le tiroir (66)*
à l'aide du levier inverseur (44)* en le tirant vers l'avant.
•
Visser manuellement la broche (03)** dans le pignon d'avance (80A)* après l'avoir introduite
dans le pignon entraîneur (45)*.
•
Mettre la machine en marche à l'aide du bouton d'arrêt (34)***.
•
La broche (03)** revient automatiquement en position arrière.
•
Remonter la butée micro (A+B+C)**, le carter (04)** et le raccord (07)**.

•
Remove tooling and cutter.
•
To set the stroke, remove cover (04)** and the fitting (07)** and the micro-stop (A+B+C)**.
•
Connect the machine to the air supply.
•
Reset the shutdown button (34)*** to open the air alimentation.
•
Push after on the start locker (67)* then the spindle (03)** gets out.
•
To reinstall the spindle, connect the machine to the air supply, and push the slide valve (66)* to
get the inverse lever (44)* reversed.
•
Screw the spindle (03)** by hand thru the feeding gear (80A)* after having loading it in the dri-
ving gear (45)*.
•
Start the machine with the shutdown button (34)***.
•
The spindle (03)** comes back.
•
Reinstall the micro-stop (A+B+C)**, the cover (04)** , the fitting (07)**.

•
Gerät und Werkzeug ausbauen.
•
Gehäuse (04)** und Anschlussstück (07)** und Mikroanschlag (A+B+C)** entfernen.
•
Maschine an das Druckluftnetz anschließen.
•
Ausschaltknopf (34)*** in Resetstellung bringen, um die Druckluftversorgung zu öffnen.
•
Dann auf den Startverriegler (67)* drücken; die Spindel (03)** fährt automatisch nach vorn aus.
•
Für den Wiedereinbau, Maschine an das Druckluftnetz anschließen, dann den Schieber (66)*
durch Nach-Vorne-Ziehen mit Hilfe des Umsteuerhebels (44)* kippen.
