Acceptance testing
– Compare part numbers ( ).
– Enter the serial numbers for each device component in the accept-
ance report. The serial number ( ) is a continuous number which is
below the part number on labels (see diagram).
Wiring loom
The wiring loom must be in the bushings provided.
– Check the layout of the wiring loom.

– Check the wiring at the component boards for crimping and kinks.
Printed circuit boards and connectors
– Check whether printed circuit boards and connectors are plugged into
the component boards correctly.
UV lamp housings
– Check that the UV low pressure lamps and connections in the canopy
and base are seated correctly.
Paint and covers
– Check painted parts for scratches and the like.
– Check that all covers have been fitted.
