• Switch the clipper off.
• Remove any comb attachments if in use.
• The button to adjust the length of the cutting head
should be turned fully down at 1.9mm.
Carefully take the cutting head from the
•
device, by pushing with 2 hands at the top of
the cutting head. Remove the hairs from the
cutting head with the supplied brush. Oil the
cutting head: with regular use of the device
we recommend to do this daily. Oil the cutting
head daily with 5 small drops of oil. All drops
should be applied on the exact specified places.
Only use special oil that came with the machine
(do not dilute, it does not bother the running of
the machine).
Turn the button to adjust the length of the
cutting head again fully down at 1.9mm. First
place the bottom part in the device. this should
fit perfect. Only after that push the top of the
cutting head in the machine. If you feel too
much resistance do not use excessive force, to
prevent any damage. Instead do the procedure
again and see if you have properly followed the
instructions.
• Please use a damp cloth to clean the housing
and the charging station.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaners.
The cutting head may be replaced should its

cutting performance start to fade over time
(available as a spare part)
• Remove hair and dirt from the hair clipper using the
cleaning brush.
• Carefully remove the cutting head by pressing from
above against the cutting head and remove hairs
from the cutting head and clipper using the cleaning
brush.
It's best to oil the cutting head daily when the clipper
is in regular use:
• Remove the cutter head by pressing from above
against the cutting head. Now carefully press against
the motor attachment so that the cutter lifts slightly
from the cutting head. Oil all the places where the
blade and the cutting head have previously come
into contact. Only use the included special oil (does
not evaporate, does not impair the blade's running).
• Please use a damp cloth to clean the housing and
the charging station.

Troubleshooting / when the hair clipper doesn't
work...
• The clipper isn't working or can't be switched on?
> Is the battery empty? Please place the clipper in
the charging station (connected to the mains) or con-
nect the mains adapter directly to the clipper. A quick
charge will only take twenty minutes. You may also
continue to work with the power cable connected.
> Please check the power supply for the correct
mains voltage.
• The hair clipper switches itself off.
> Please charge the clipper's battery or continue
with the power cable connected.
• The hair clipper is "pulling"?
> Please clean and oil the clipper regularly, prefera-
bly daily when it is in frequent use. Please proceed as
described above.
• Skin damage
> Did you apply too much pressure with the clipper?
Reduce the pressure applied.
> Damaged cutting head? Check the cutting head
for damage or irregular running. Replace the cutting
head if necessary.
