The height of the steering wheels can be changed in
three steps.

Take the leg supports off
and
remove
the
seat
cushion. Loosen the faste-
ning screws (1) beneath the
seat surface. Pull the enti-
re front section out until it
stops.
Retighten the fastening
screws securely. Repositi-
on the seat cushion on the
seat surface.
The adjustment is cor-
rect if, when your feet are
placed on the foot plate,
your thighs are placed hor-
izontally.
Loosening the hexagon
socket screw enables you
to simply change the low-
er leg length. Retighten the
hexagon socket screw af-
ter the adjustment.
The calf pads can be ad-
justed both in height and
depth.
Height (pic. 18):
To adjust the height of the
calf pads as desired, first
loosen the hexagon sock-
et screw. You can now
change the position of
the calf pads upwards or
downwards. The refasten
the hexagon socket screw.
Depth (pic. 19):
The depth of the calf pads
can be adjusted with a few
maneuvers. Loosen the
hexagon socket screw and
bring the calf pad into the
desired position. Then re-
tighten the hexagon sock-
et screw.
Mount the wheel at the desired height and screw the
screw back in.
Using your multifunction wheelchair
Seat and back angle
The seat unit and the backrest angle can be continuously
adjusted with the aid of a pneumatic spring. When adjust-
ing the seat and backrest angle, hold the push handle
securely with both hands. Otherwise, there is a danger of
tipping. The adjustment can only be done under the load
of the user.
Adjust seat and back angle
To prevent the wheelchair from rolling off unintentionally,
first activate the parking brakes.
Hold both push handles securely with your hands.
Press the left lever for continuous adjustment of the seat
angle (pic. 21).
Press the right lever for continuous adjustment of the
back angle (pic. 22).
To perform the desired seat and back angle adjustment,
press the push handles either upwards or downwards.
Release the lever in the desired position. Check the cho-
sen position for stability.
Leg supports
Danger of tipping!
By adjusting the height of
the steering wheels, the
danger of tipping forward
increases under certain cir-
cumstances. Remove the
screw of the wheel axle
and remove the axle.
Raising the leg supports:
To raise the leg supports,
loosen the star screw and
push the leg supports into
the desired position. Then
retighten the star screw
(pic. 23).
