Changing the Ink Ribbon

A black ink ribbon type ERC-22 B is required
for operation (refer also to Accessories section).
Open the paper compartment:

Lift the paper compartment cover.
Remove the paper from the ink ribbon cassette:
t
Turn back the paper roll.
From above, press down on the right side of the ink
t
ribbon.
y The left side of the ink ribbon lifts up.
Remove the ink ribbon.
t
Insert the new ink ribbon from above.
t
y The ink ribbon engages.
Tighten the ink ribbon if necessary: Turn the winding
t
core on the left side of the ink ribbon in the direction
of the arrow.
Feed in the paper: See "Changing the paper roll".
t
Close the paper compartment: Fold down the paper
t
compartment cover.
