Brief description of the series HPT 1000 / 1000S IO-Link
The HPT 1000 / 1000S IO-Link is a digital pressure transmitter that is used to record relative
pressures in hydraulics and pneumatics. The measured values are digitized and made
available cyclically via the IO-Link interface. The internal device temperature is also available
on request. The smart version - the HPT 1000S – can record and store additional operating
and application data, which are available on request, too. Depending on the model, the device
offers the following functions:
 Provision and parameterization of the measured values and switching points via IO-Link
interface
 Supports IO-Link specification V1.1 and SIO mode
 Data recording function / acquisition of additional operating and diagnostic data
 Adaptation to the respective application through specific parameter setting
 Further switching output or analogue output (0 .. 10 V or 4 .. 20 mA) as an option
 Small, compact design, robust sensor cell with a thin-film strain gauge on a stainless steel
membrane
 Excellent temperature and EMC properties
Scope of delivery
The device is delivered with factory settings without accessories. This quick guide is
supplemented by a detailed operating manual and a data sheet. Both documents are available
