PRECAUTIONS
Be certain
that the AC
voltage
selector
is set to correspond

the power supply in the area before the unit is plugged in.

grip the plug when
removing the AC supply tead from
the outlet. Pulling the plug from the outlet by gripping the lead
may
cause
damage

Do not place any heavy objects on the AC supply lead or bend
the lead sharply as this
may lead to accidental
fires or electrical
shocks.
Do
not
leave
in
humid
places
or
places near water as this may be the
cause
of malfunctions
or accidental
shocks.
Do not place under direct sunlight or
near
heating
devices
where
the
temperature is extremely high [35°C
(95°F)]. Also, do not leave in places
where
the.
temperature
is very
low
([5°C (41°F)].
Leaving the unit in
these places may
lead to warping of
the cabinet
or record or may be the
cause of malfunctions at a Jater date.
Refrain from using or placing in dusty
areas as this may
lead to poor tone
quality or to malfunction of the unit.
Special
attention
should
be paid to
the record as dust is prone to adhere
to the record due to static electricity.

or before any service operation. Never remove covers unless
