6. Set input field intensity at 95 dB + 2 dB and check that

abnormal
like intermodulation,
synchronization step-out and contrast distortion.
7. With the input field intensity set at 60 db, check that there
develops no noise.
8. Receiving UHF
57- channel signal also proceed with the
checkings in the steps 6. and 7. above.
Adjustment of Tuning Auxiliary Control
—
1. Set the tuning knob at each of the positions "4-ch." (for
VL), "11-ch." (for VH) and "57-ch." (for U).
2. Adjust the tuning auxiliary control (VL =
R274, VH =
R275,
U =
R276) so that local oscillation becomes as
specified (VL = 4-ch., VH = 11-ch., U = 57-ch,).
3. While rotating the tuning knob, check that the channel
accordance
is in the specifications
show below.
If the
specifications
are
not
satisfied,
re-adjust
the
tuning
auxiliary control (VL = R274, VH = R275, U = R276). —

Einstellung der Abstimm-Hilfsregelung
1. Den
Abstimmknopf
in jede dieser Positionen - stellen:
4-ch" (ftir VL), ,,1 1-ch® (fir VH) und ,,57-ch* (fiir U).
2. Den Abstimm-Hilfsregler (VL = R274, VH = R275,U =
R276) einstellen, so daB die Uberlagerungsfrequenz wie an-
gegeben entsteht (VL = Kanal 4, VH = Kanal 11, U =
Kanal 57).
3. Wahrend der Drehung des Abstimmknopfs uberpriifen, ob
der Kanal mit den untenstehenden Datenangaben tberein-
stimmt.
Falls
die
Werte
abweichen,
den
Abstimm-
Hilfsregler nochmals einstellen (VL = R274, VH = R275,
U = R276).

Rough Adjustment of Each Section
1. Set the AC line voltage to 220 volts.

2. Receive at test
pattern
in normal
operating
receiver
condition.

3. Rotate the Brightness and contrast controls to maximum
clockwise.
4. Adjust the H-Hold coil (L701) to synchronize the picture
horizontally.
5. Set the V-Hold control (R607) to RECN OnIz the picture
| vertically.

Grobeinstellung jedes Teils
1. Die Netzspannung auf 220 Volt einstellen.
2. Bei normalem Betriebszustand des Empfangers ein Priifbild
empfangen.
3. Die Regler fur Helligkeit und Kontrast bis zum Anschlag
im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
4. Die bildfangspule (L701) einstellen, um das Bild horizontal
zu synchronisieren.

5. Den Bildfangregler (R607) einstellen, um das Bild vertikal
zu synchronisieren.
