2 Use

2.1 Intended use

This appliance is intended only for household use; it is not suitable for
professional use.
Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
2.2 Mincing
• Place small pieces of meat on the tray (2).

• If the cutter housing is blocked, please press reversal
button a moment, so the appliance can renew its usual
condition.
• The reverse button use only for making mincer.
WARNING:

• Before mincing the meat, remove the bones, gristles and
nerves.
• Do not use the appliance for frozen meat.
2.3 Wind-back button
If the product jams during mincing, stop it. Press the reverse button (5) to
wind the motor back. After resolving the jamming issue, press the on/off
button (4) to switch the appliance on.

WARNING: Make sure that the mincing cap is secure in
place; it should not be loose.
If loose, parts will move inside the machine, resulting poor mincing results.
