WEIGHT BALANCE SYSTEM (WBS)
COMPONENTS
The system is comprised of 6 components. 3 parts make up each side (left and right).
1. BASE
Designed to fit only the right or left helmet
slot. The rounded part of the base is
positioned to the rear of the helmet.
MOUNTING THE WBS
The WBS is supplied assembled. The triangle marking on the cover is positioned directly over the channel in the base,
allowing the arm to slide to the axle.
The WBS is mounted using the screws, nuts and rubber washers provided with the standard visor mounting system.
1) Mount WBS arm on the screw. (Note 'L' or 'R' marking on the arm.)
2) Put one rubber washer on the screw.
3) Attach the faceshield.
4) Add the second rubber washer.
5) Add the nut and turn to tighten until the faceshield is secured with the arm in the upright position. (The nut can be loosened
if work can be carried out with the faceshield in the raised position.)

2. ARM
The arms are marked R for right or L for left.
