Fluorescence Fluorescence
Fluorescence: Capture and save fluorescence images
Filter:
the filter or activate brightfield image
(SHIFT + * + name).

Insert SHIFT + * + name into the textbox "Filter".
Mark the checkbox to activate the use of the brightfield image.
The brightfield image will be captured as part of the fluorescence routine.
The brightfield image can also be loaded by clicking the folder symbol.
Finish the fluorescence project by clicking "Done".

racters in the image name (Register tab "Settings"). Set the gamma
