NOTE
Damage to product due to damaged wires!
Damaged wires affect the functionality of the product.
> Do not trap or damage wires during installation.
> Never start up and use the product if any wires have been damaged.
WARNING
Risk of suffocation from small parts and packing materials!
Screws, small parts and packaging materials can be deadly playthings
for children.
> Do not leave the packing materials and the contents lying around
carelessly, and keep away from children and babies.
> Keep children away from the installation site during installation.
• Check completeness and condition of scope of delivery prior to installation.
• If parts are missing or damaged, contact the manufacturer.
The scope of delivery includes:
• WRU 220 reader
• Installation instructions
The WRU 220 wall reader is a reader unit for connecting to the Dialock WTC 200
control unit. It is compatible with the Mifare Classic, Mifare-DESfire, Legic Advant
and Tag-It RFID technologies.
The reader is installed in the vicinity of the door and, in conjunction with other
components, constitutes an access control system. As soon as an appropriate pass
is presented to the reader, the reader forwards the data to the controller. The
controller compares the access data and, where applicable, forwards the signal for
opening the door to the electric strike.
The WRU 220 is designed for the switch ranges of the manufacturers GIRA and
JUNG/BERKER with 55 mm cover and can thus be integrated into these systems.
Installation in a Siedle intercom is possible in combination with a suitable blind
module (the control LEDs cannot be seen in this case).
The switch frame as well as the Siedle blank cover are not supplied.
