2.1.2 Manually installing the PCAN network
The CANHEAD system requires a PCAN network to be set up. Having
installed catmanEASY/AP or started the der setup.exe from the included
system CD, the PCAN network has automatically been installed.
For manual installation, please proceed as follows:
1. Navigate in Windows Explorer to the folder CANHEADdirect in the
installation directory catmanEASY/AP
(e.g. C:\Programme\catmanEASY\CANHEADdirect).
2. Double−click on the file NETCREATOR.BAT.
The network is set up.
Your CANHEADdirect system is now ready for operation.
The "CAN POWER" LED and the "USB" LED light up green.
