How to clean the planetary mixer
01. Clean the mixer when it's turned off and unplugged.
02. Do not put the mixer under water or any other liquid.
03. Do not rinse the mixer with water or any other liquid.
04. Clean the mixer with a damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
05. Do not use a very wet cloth to clean the mixer.
06. Do not use washing-up liquid, vinegar, salt water, nor any other corrosive, strongly acidic or alkaline cleaning agents to clean the mixer.
07. Do not use sharp or harsh objects, such as scourers, to clean the mixer. You may damage the mixer's coating this way.
How to clean planetary mixer's accessories
01. You may clean the bowl in the dishwasher or wash it with a sponge and washing-up liquid.
02. Do not clean the remaining accessories in the dishwasher. Do not use any corrosive, strongly acidic or alkaline cleaning agents to clean them.
03. Do not put accessories under water with washing-up liquid, salt water, vinegar, nor any other corrosive liquid for a long time.
04. Wash accessories with a sponge and washing-up liquid. Then wipe them dry.
How to clean the metal shaft in the mixer's upper part
01. A black residue may accumulate on the metal shaft, on which you install the mixer tool. Clean the metal shaft and wipe it dry after each time you use the mixer.
The planetary mixer's maintenance and storage
01. You may wipe the bowl with a soft cloth with a small amount of olive oil.
02. If you know that you won't be using the planetary mixer for a long time, pack it in plastic packaging and cardboard box – preferably the original one – and store it in a dry place.
09. Troubleshooting
Problem
The planetary mixer does not turn on.
The planetary mixer suddenly stops working.
The planetary mixer is working very loud.
Cause
The planetary mixer isn't properly plugged in.
The lever, which lifts the upper part of the mixer,
isn't in a horizontal position.
The mixer's been working for too long. Its temperature is too high.
The mixer is working louder in higher speed modes – it's normal.
The speed of mixing ingredients may be too high.
There are too many ingredients in the bowl, the mixer is overloaded.
The planetary mixer's been working for too long.
Solution
Plug the planetary mixer in correctly.
Check if the upper part of the mixer is properly locked in a horizontal
position.
Turn the speed modes knob to 0 position. Unplug the mixer.
Wait 15–30 minutes. After this time, you may turn the mixer back on.
Set a lower speed mode.
Take some of the ingredients out of the bowl.
Turn the mixer off and wait 15–30 minutes. After this time, you may
turn the mixer back on.
